An adorable cat loves adventuring with her owner, joining him on hikes, paddleboarding and even ice climbing.
Indra Sarwinatas pet cat Gaia is certainly not a house kitten as she has been making her way through the great outdoors since she was just a few months old.
The cute kitten is regularly seen strapped into her dads backpack as he hikes through the Canadian Rockies before getting down on to her paws and scrambling over the rocks.
When she isnt scaling heights, 14-month-old Gaia hops on board a paddleboard and glides across the crystal clear waters or even joins Indra, 34, as he ice climbs.
Indra said: People instantly smile and are curious when they see Gaia out with me. Kids ask to pet her and many times have been asked for photos.
The most common thing we hear is this cat has seen more of the world than me.
They are usually pleasantly surprised to see her on my shoulders or on the trail. Some even thought she was a monkey at a distance.
She loves being outside. Her love language is play and she enjoys fetching as well.
I take her exploring the Canadian Rockies whether it is for paddleboarding in Alpine lakes, cross-country skiing or trekking across glaciers and into an ice cave.
The biggest summit she has been on was Dolomite Peak which is a 2,998-metre (9,836-foot) mountain.
Her first paddle boarding experience was when she was just a few months old. She was timid and nervous at first, kept coming back to my legs and tried to climb up for protection.
She eventually warmed up to it and now finds it exciting especially after realising there are fish in the water and now she is basically captain of the ship.
